Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened and unused books within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Policy: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled.
